Step by Step User Guide for Trip Planner
Step 1
You have to open the website (alsahlah.com) of Al Sahlah travel and tours on your any of the device. This is the introduction step with guidelines for users of Trip Planner. We have already mentioned the features of Trip Planner like given below:
- Airport Clearance, transfers, “Meet & Greet”.
- Luggage transfers and handling throughout the journey.
- Visa and Ticket assistance throughout the globe.
- Religious Tourism Guide to assist you in your ziaraat (Aalim e Deen/Religious Scholar can also be arranged on requirement)
- Includes all Ziarat of Najaf, Karbala, Kazmain and Samarrah.
- Ziarat of Barasa, Madain (Salmane Muhammadi), Balad (Syed Muhammad) and Hilla can also be arranged (based on security clearance)

Step 2
In a second step, Trip planner will ask your information like name, whatsapp number (don’t forget to mention your country code), email and country of departure. It will make easier to track you location from which country you are planning your trip. Representatives of Al Sahlah travel and tours will contact you accordingly and will help you in meeting all your requirements as per mentioned.

Step 3
Once you are on step 3 you have to fill the journey details according to your needs. Following details are needed to be filled as mentioned below
- Number of Passengers
o Adults
o Children (with bed and without bed)
- Journey Date
- Cities want to visit
o Number of days in Najaf, Kazmain, Karbala (Iraq trip)
o Number of days in Mashhad, Qom (Iran trip)
If you have to visit Iraq only then you can leave the fields of cities of Iran empty and vice versa. Similarly, if you have no kids on board you may leave the boxes empty.
Step 4
This step will help you in deciding the hotel category which you want. If you need ticket assistance or not. For transport purpose we have 6 options according to the seats.
